Poplocking

A humorous name to call a meth addict when they cannot control their body movements or nervous system. They'll try to play it off but they can't and so they look like an incompetent pop locker.

Oh my goodness, that freak is poplocking so hard he's going to hit himself in the head!

When somebody closes the toilet lid and poops on top of it

Everyone kept telling me I should eat that leftover takeout. I wasn't fast enough and now I made a Jackson Poolock all over the toilet lid.
