A shitpost is either an image and/or video posted into conversations/discussions on

forums/social media sites like reddit or instagram.

Said images/videos possess an inherent sense of worthelessness to the conversation and mostly prove meaningless even inside their original context.

Most shitposts depict disturbing/highly irritating acts or situations meant to confuse anyone seeing them and interrupting any conversation if a
forum discussion is „shitposted“.

Should the shitpost be intended as a meme, it relies on the absurdity of its depicted acts.

cursed imagesare to be seen as a relative to shitposts, relying on the same type of absurdist humor.

A: Have you seen the new image posted to (forum board xyz)?
B: Yeah, it‘s such a shitpost. What kind of lonely dipshit posted this.
