The word "Pranksterbuldge" is referring to someone who pranks people, but then cannot fix what they have done. An example is when someone sabotages someone's device as a "prank" but then are not able to fix what they have done.

pranks can refer to multiple things for example drugs/alcohol, a weird person, or even boring activities

“hey penn did you bring any pranks?”

“nah dude i forgot them”

or

“ugh liam is here?”

“yeah I know, he is so prank”

or

“you want to go hang out with them? ugh that’s so prank”
