If you are lucky enough to know a Julia then that's great because Julia is the best friend you could ever have. She knows how to make you laugh until it hurts and will make fun of you as a joke, but knows when to stop she can be kind of stupid at times but deep down she has a brain in there somewhere (I'm just kidding!) you will never get in a single fight because she is so easy going you're super lucky to have her as a friend :)
