Automatic E-Cigarette,Smoking Vape Pipe used by millennials and other weak people to try and impress others by exhaling large white clouds from the sunroof or side widows of a moving vehicle or simply sitting in a coffee shop pretending to study political science. Some people add flashy designs or bright neon colors to further impress the other low performers in society.

Man, traffic was horrible today. It was stop and go for miles... it was especially annoying since I had to drive next this dude who was playing his Deutsche flute the whole way..
