An exclamation of anger, often combined with surprise or disbelief. A derivative of the saying "bet", said when excited or in disbelief of something good happening. Adding wow before it changes the tone to anger.

the skankiest block of television...ever. only supports the skewed idea that black women are sluts, and that black people are only interested in sex, drugs, and money. basically a dirty version of the already stereotypical BET.

A bet that requires a ton of honesty between a group of people. This bet was first introduced in Seinfeld in which a group of people bet on who can the longest with out masterbaiting. However it is quite is easy to win this bet if you lie.
Man I knew I could never go more than 3 weeks with jerking off. I really shouldn't ahve been a part of that seinfeld bet. (Zipper sound trousers drop) Might as well get my money's worth!!!

When gambling on an event whether it be a card game, at a casino, at a race track, etc., two or more people may choose to place a seperate bet away from the main pool of betting.
Lets say Joe, Bob, Chris, Tom, and Becky are playing a card game and they are all betting $10 a hand. Tom and Joe may get a little extra competitive and decide to place a side bet between just the two of them. They will bet the originally agreed upon $10 on a game with everyone at the card table involved and they will bet, lets say another $25 just between the two of them.
