When a girl takes a shit on your stomach, and then uses that ass to smear the shit all around. She then repeats this process until your entire stomach is caked in shit, shaped like a pancake. She then pisses on it(adding the maple syrup), then you both eat it together. Usually performed while one of you is dressed like an Eskimo, and the other like Jabba the Hut.
