1. Noun. Working-class northern suburb of Philadelphia. Within the township lie the bouroughs Jenkintown, Glenside, Roslyn, Rydal, and Abington-Proper. Famous residents include actor Bob Saget and rhetorician Brooks Mormando. Also home to a short-lived but mediocre Punk Rock scene.

2. Noun. Collective name given to a unique colloquial dialect found in the area.

Chavington

n. A Chav with some degree of class or restraint, who is well aware of the fact. A Chav with a belief in class system within Yob culture, and sees him or herself as being superior. A female Chavington may sport the Croyden facelift but will tie it lower on the head, and use a clip rather than an elastic band or scrunchie. A male Chavington may sport the requisite askew baseball/truckers cap, but it will be in subdued colors, with little or no decoration. Both eschew bling. However, a Chavington is still a Chav.

Sarah and Mike have become Chavingtons since he got a better job. They are always saying this guys a yob, and that girls a slag. And they would rather get a bottle of wine and stay indoors than come to the pub.

Slatington

A town that has a large central that doesnt breathe. Have been trying to get what the word "bounce" means since the early 1900's. Through years have coxed their jolly neighboring town and fought with them over school money, forcing the best of the folk's kids to freeze and walk past an opened crazy assylum on a main road after school and then not walk with side walks while strange drivers pull up to them and ask them if they want a ride. This was due from them shoving money up their ass so they can make a bike track to let their fat asses take off and fly. They don't like the look of student safely walking home, instead they try to make tramp trains along with very ill and adle fingers.

Well I might not feel, so maybe I better take a good long trip down a fingered up fitness trail in Slatington

A mocking term for certain chav that try to (and fail) act sophisticated, they will momentarily drop their native colloquial language and use real words to lure in the more gullible. The one's lured in are likely to be mugged.

Slatington

The absolute worst town in Pennsylvanias lehigh County this town has a shitty school with a bunch of either rednecks, white bitches, or wannabe gang bangers. Slatington has a 300lb legless woman that zips around on a moped. This garbage town has a pretty decent football team but that doesn't make up for the copious amounts of heroin addicts. The only thing to do in slatington is honestly just off yourself at that point because it's just not worth living in this hic town. Homeless pedophiles are abundant in this terrible small town. The only thing to do here is go to turkey hill and overdose on the crack that the junkie gave you.
