Radqueer

Radqueer is a whole rabbit hole where paraphiliacs (pedophiles, zoophiles, necrophiles, etc) and transIDs attempt to garner sympathy and acceptance by using similar language to the LGBTQ community. They try to appeal to people's feelings by acting like an oppressed group in society that needs more acceptance.

It should be HEAVILY noted that most of us in the LGBTQ community do not support these people.

A transID is something such as transage, transrace, or transabled. A white girl living in America who identifies as Japanese would be an example of a transID. In this case, transrace.

A paraphiliac is someone with unusual sexual interests. It can be anything from mildly weird to illegal. More prolific examples would be pedophiles, zoophiles, necrophiles, etc.

This all falls under the umbrella of the radqueer movement.

Radqueer

Radqueers are a small, niche community. There are two definitions of what a radqueer is. The original definition, commonly referred to as "Old Radqueer", is the belief that paraphilias and transidentities/transIDs (where someone's identity doesn't match with their body, examples include transage and transspecies) are inherently queer, probably because of how they're considered non-normative. The other definition / "New Radqueer", which most radqueers adhere to, supports paraphilias and transIDs but doesn't necessarily think they're inherently queer. Both definitions are, unsurprisingly, radically inclusive. Radqueers are not a monolith and are often divided on certain issues.

Person #1: "I'm a radqueer."
Person #2: "I've never heard of that, I don't use the internet."
