Ongoing Payroll Issue

When an individual that works for an employer, who hasn't been fired and is still employed, stops recieving a paycheck due to a payroll screw up. Everytime the individual attempts to follow up on the problem, the person in charge of payroll will call it by that name. Usually, due to the high demands and deadlines in any given payroll department, the probability of the problem being corrected is very low unless a very high level supervisor has become involved. The problem can last for weeks, even months, forcing the individual to get another job or quit all together. Usually getting denied unemployment for quiting. In rare cases, the individual, who quits, will recieve a W-2 form at the end of the year showing all wages, yet a large amount of those wages still have not been paid.

1) I went to pick up my paycheck Friday and my boss did not have it when they came. Payroll was closed and I had to wait till Monday. I called them on Monday and they told me that I should have been paid and that there was an Ongoing Payroll Issue and that it would work itself out shortly. 16 weeks later, I got another job and sued the bastards!

People who decide to pay unjust fines (eg parking tickets) entirely with pennies to legally piss off whoever they are paying the fine to.

Guy 1: what the hell they ticketed me $50 to park my car by my house? this is bullshit.
Guy 2: You should be one of those penny payers.
Guy 1: Yeah that'll teach them.

A metaphoric phrase that describes a person or organization that endures a plethora of unpleasant experiences, events, or actions involved as a condition of achieving a desired outcome.

The price (cost) is the necessary sacrifice to achieve the desired result.

The payer (person or organization) is responsible for paying (enduring) the necessary sacrifices gracefully.

Coach: Welcome to freshman summer football game!
Player 1: "Thanks coach. What time is the conditioning test?"
Player 2: "Oh, he is prepared to pay the price!"
Player 3: "Yeah or will he become a price payer?"
*Conditioning test ends & Player 1 fails on the last 3 sprints*
Player 3: "Well well well, looks like we have a price payer on our hands...What will it cost?!?!"
Coach: "5am retries of the conditioning test until you pass all the sprints."
Player 4 who fails every summer: "Welcome to the Price Payer squad my friend. We will suffer patiently until we pass this test!"

A Pajero is a Japanese four wheel drive made from 1982-present by Mitsubishi. The Pajero is a low cost four wheel drive compared to its rivals. The Pajero was named Shogun and Montero In some countries due to the name in Spanish means Wanker. The Pajero four wheel drive is very underrated in the four wheel drive community.

Oh look at that Pajero go! You don't need an expensive four wheel drive to get there.
