The true meaning of complete and utter dumbass. This is the type of person that could swedish chef up anything. The type of person that will not take advice from anyone, or even use said advice if it is going to help them. They always go about life looking like a dumbass and being a dumbass. This person's actions are completely un-briefable, there is not a power point slide deck long enough to explain the actions of this type.
