According to a recent report the lower coastal section is richest region in America. This uptight, horrible area has towns like New Canaan, Westport and Darien where the cops pull you over for anything. Homes under 2.5M are nothing special and just look like regular homes. The place isnt normal!

Get the fairfield countymug. The wealthiest county in the US, its home to preppy, sporty and ridiculously good looking scum. Home of some of the most obnoxious peoplpe on earth, especially those in greenwhich and new canaan, they even look down on people from FC. Best example, stamford. My area, north stamford has a higher gross income than any other town in the FC so everyone who puts stamford in with the "bad areas" guess again, there are appartments here that cost more than homes in those "high class" neighorhoods.

Get the fairfield countymug. Very wealthy county, includes such places as greenwich, new cannan, and darien. All those places are crap compared to stamford which includes a very impressive North Stamford as well as "baby new york" downtown area.

Get the fairfield countymug. Fairfield County is by far one of the most amazing counties in our entire country. While it is true that it is also the 2nd wealthiest county, there are a fair share of unwealthy people. Obviously there are towns such as Greenwich, Ridgefield and Darien which are extraordinarily wealthy, with old colonial homes and men and women holding high-powered business positions in New York. But, there is also the poverty-stricken city of Bridgeport. While Bridgeport is one of the poorest citites in America, naturally it is the poorest in the state, and most definitely in the County. So while 95% of the county and its people is rolling in dough, living the life that 95% of the country wishes they had, there is the other 5% of the county living in Bridgeport being shot at every night and fed bread and water by their "mama" on a daily basis. So not EVERY part is as glamorous, wealthy, beautiful and stuck-up as most of you all think--though MOST of it is!
People think that I think that I am better tham them, why?

Get the fairfield countymug. The underage drinking and weed capitol of the country. Where Dispatch and Dave Matthews are the anthems, and pink polos, lobsters and Lilly are the uniform. Every kid attempts to be ghetto at one point or another but Norwalk is the last place you will ever find them. FCers as freshman can drink college seniors under the table.

First off, it is pretty rich, i'll give u that, but that doesnt mean that everyone's extremely stuck up. So what if my family owns auddis and a lexus, doesnt mean im goin to go around showing off the fact that i do. But sadly, we do have a few people who are like that, but no one likes them anyway. And there's also a good number of kids who are not popped collar stuck up preppy kids. And yes, houses are ridiculously overpriced around here, especially around the beaches. Also, we do have quite a lot of underage drinking, but when u have easy access, y not.

Yes, there are a lot of rich stuck ups in towns such as Westport, Greenwich, etc, but contrary to popular opinions not everyone from fairfield county wipes their ass with 20 dollar bills. Many people, even in towns like Fairfield and Danbury and especially in South Norwalk and Bridgeport, work hard and don't live like movie stars. And also, stop pretending you'll get pulled over in Fairfield or Westport or basically anywhere else in Fairfield county because you're from Bridgeport. If you get pulled over or arrested, its because you're doing something stupid...not because we're haters.
The only way anyone has ever gotten money is by working for it. Don't just bitch about how we have more money then you. Get off your ass and work.
