failing asleep

This term describes the nightly experience of those unfortunate schmucks who just absolutely cannot fucking fall asleep, no matter how much thrashing around in bed they do or how much ruminating over past mistakes they indulge in. Instead of falling asleep, an insomniac is simply failing asleep.

Alice: "Wow, you look like hell"
Bob: "<mumble> last night I was failing asleep and couldn't stop thinking about some shit from middle school when I got my bike stolen"

a term used for a good grade, such as a b+, but it still wont land you in stanford

also used to describe the situation an asian is in when they say the words "im like failing"

this grade would be considered good, if not acceptable for any other race, excluding indians and russians

A particularly ditzy or dim-witted female who is prone to making stupid or ignorant mistakes.

Ron: "So I met this pretty hot chick last night, she said her name was Cindy, lives on campus apparently. Only problem is, she's not too smart."

Jeremy: "Yeah, Cindy that lives in Seth North. Dude, she once told Jeff that she was excited for Global Warming because it would help her tan."
