Charanga is Spanish for a noisy band of mucians or a loud party.

But it is also slang for a crumby old junker of a car.

Man! Where'd you get this old charanga? It smokes and shakes and rattles. Does it actually go anywhere? What a wreck.

1: v. Drama or Gossip 2: A online chat program full of weeaboos and gossip and drama. Chat boxes often found on anime websites and quickly speading to other genres of onine content. Quietly anonymous the clientele is very eclectic and international.

Chatango is a website used for connecting to a large selection of users. There are chat rooms used on a multitude of websites, most commonly on anime streaming ones. Users are given a private message option for 1-on-1 chatting and can customize their profiles however they see fit.

Amy: Have you heard about Chatango? My friend uses it for roleplaying.
Carl: No, I haven't. Tell me more about it?

A chat client mostly used by people who are too butthurt to admit they are lacking an actual social life due to poor life choices made in the past, along with a slew of other unfortunate events (though they will tell you otherwise). Chatango is all they have. Pity.
