Person on LinkedIn who spouts quick fixes to make X better with no research, sourcing, or (sometimes) even experience. Not limited to male creators. Prevalent in the LinkedIn marketing community, but can sometimes be found lurking outside of it.

Person on Linked: "Website Content vs. Dark Social Content. When I separated these into 2 separate marketing strategies, my marketing got WAY better."

Me: "That's some brofluencer level BS right there."

Over the past decades a few of these professionals 'BIMfluencers' have rose to prominence and are followed closely by other BIM managers and designers to lead their own teams forward.
