Combination of the words "bat shit" and the suffix "-istan" ... (as in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan and other nut-case Middle Eastern countries).

Used as the fictional home country of a person, who does, or says, something incredibly moronic.

Bullshitism

The philosophy that everything is bullshit. As such, nothing should be considered true, and trying to be truthful is purposeless. It was created who knows when, by who knows who.

The bolsheviks had no words to say to the bullshitiks, who would only see anything they said as false. This is because the bullshitiks actively practiced bullshitism. Which in turn resulted in massive bullshittery.
