Storch cat is a racial slur based off of the term porch monkey. An updated version of this slur, it is highly offensive to African Americans.

Look at that storch cat on the corner, I believe that the difference in his skin color is what most contributes to his joblessness- not his socioeconomic condition.

This saying comes from the fact that a large number of Turkish students generally come to American universities to study this subject. Same basic idea as like a fat kid loves cake.
