Also know as Packanack Lake Syndrome. A disease where the afflicted has the incessant need to walk around a body of water (ie. a lake)despite the time or outside
temperature. Another symptom of PLS is the habit of walking in the
middle of the road surrounding the body of water, usually in groups of 2-4 people. Named after the residents of Packanack Lake, who display these
characteristics most prominently.
