Noncestalgic

In the face of Operation Yewtree and other similar investigations, many 70's, 80's and 90's childhood memories are tainted by the presences of nonces and sex offenders such as Jimmy Savile and Gary Glitter. Thus, instead of being nostalgic for Top of the Pops hosted by Jimmy Savile, you're noncestalgic.

noncestabulary

A NONCESTABULARY is the name given to UK Police Force who have a high number of Paedos or rapists, or just general sex-pests.

It's also used when the particular force turns a blind eye to predominantly Pakistani Grooming Gangs who prey on mainly white working class girls many of which are under-age.

The police force who don't investigate Pakistani Grooming Gangs for fear of being branded racist are nothing more than a Noncestabulary.
