This involves running up and down on the National Mall in various stages of intoxication, inebriation, or just being fucked up. Usually occurs between the hours of 10 pm and 2 am. May involve throwing up on the steps to the American History Museum if you're a little too crossfaded.
AU student: yo, we're going monumenting after going to the Hawk and Dove.
