To be jacked to the extreme or otherwise stolen from or taken advantage of.

Oh, in case you don't know what jacked means, it means when someone steals something from you. As in, I had a dollar, but my sister jacked it from me, now I have nothing but a deep seeded hunger for a dollar bag of chips and a half assed plot for revenge.

"Dude, can I borrow your car tonight?"

a chorus of women, all producing a quite loud thwack in the cheek, lip area of another, completly filled with jizz. when many jizzmackers perform at once it can be called jizzmacking. Or Fluctuating.
