a word used whenever you see a hoe, a.k.a. a guy/girl that has played you horrendously; a whore/manwhore; a slut; a hoebag; a douchebag; a skank; and cannot actually say their name out loud in case of a terrible gossiping tragedy or in fear of they themselves knowing they are a hoe, even though they should know already.

Samantha: Oh, there goes Ryan!
Tara and Alex: BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP! It looks like our HOEDARS are going off!

A play on holdall.
A hoedall is a box, bag or barrow used to transfer your hoe - usually when they are drunk or spaced out.

Had to clear the tools out of my mobile case to use it as a hoedall to get Clare’s drunken arse home.
