When you just finished writing a paper and you haven't had time to edit or spell check. Typically written the night before it is due. This isn't a paper that you want to hand in but it will give you something to turn in to your teacher.

handiparking

Any able bodied Person that knowingly parks in a handicap parking space solely for the purpose of making it more convenient and handy to them.

Any able bodied Person that gets caught handiparking will surely get a ticket.
If you park in a handicap parking space without any sort of proof of disability, you are considered to be handiparking.
