Also commonly used to refer to other forms of English which, although very similar, are incomprehensible to the small-brained, inarticulate, uneducated American male, who enjoys saying the word 'fuck' as much as possible, in as many forms as possible.

2. Not believing that you have actually done something that is this amazing and/or someone else did.
3.Blank mind.
4. Something happenes very very very unexpectedly that leaves a lingering presence of "What-The-Fuckness"
