Good as Obama's word.

A updated variation of "not worth the paper it's printed on". From Obama's making promises about something, and then not keeping them. An outright lie that you deny or try to explain away as not being what you meant to say. Something , or someone that you don't dare trust.
I'm told that guy is nothing but a conman. He's as good as Obama's word.
