2) Used when a slutty girl/woman is lying to or about something or someone.
3) Code used in mixed company or around parents or at work when you don't want to offend those around you, but still get the meaning across.

A frozen piece of turd, preferably found on the grass on a cold Winter's morning, that has a stick poked into it to give the appearance of a tasty brown popsicle.

Lil' Timmy was walking around on the grass in his barefeet on a frozen wet morning when stepped right on a frozen turd. Then he stuck a tree branch in the frozen turd lengthwise to create a tasty dungcicle he intended to enjoy when he got back in the house.
