Dumbocracy is when a communist government with ownership and control of manufacturing equipment, cheap labor, and currency devaluation determine world leadership.

Leadership defined as control not dominance.

Duelocracy

A political system in which only two political parties ever hold power. Importantly, upon gaining control from the other, they spend as much effort as possible dismantling what the other had done, seemingly out of sheer spite. It's as if the McCoy's and Hatfield's were political parties.
