A sexual position similar to doggy-style where the woman kneels with a flat back and forces you to thrust at an unnatural, upwards-diagonal angle much like the way cats perform intercourse.

A relation has been found between the amount of cats a woman owns and the likelihood she will attempt this horrendous sexual position.

Usually as a sign of disrespect and/or due to cosmetic defects on the front side of one's body (i.e. the face or breasts), cumbacker is often used as an ironic pun as the male will rarely come back once he is spent.
