Long Time China Time

"Long Time China Time", Used as slang by me and others since the late 2000's, is perhaps a variation on the phrase/movie "Big Trouble Little China", and is a rhyme used to describe a long or significant event or period of time, especially dealing with matters of trouble or intensity for example: A 6 year drought, Substantial prison terms, Getting busted in rehab and having to do the entire house's dishes for 7 days in a row, Vacations gone bad, etc.
Jody explains to Heidi how Ralph was caught after developing a habit of manipulating the balance sheet at the company he worked for in order to steal funds for himself. Heidi shakes her head in a partially humorous sigh and replies "Loooong time china time".

"It was 'Long time china time' for the residents of Andy's off campus Frat House, as they have continued to battle severe and resistant bed bug infestation for over a year now", Jack mentioned to John over a few cold ones at the local tavern

Long Valley

Long Valley is a town in Morris County. Long Valley is also know as the "LV". LV lies in one of the wealthiest countys in NJ. LV is half farmland/working class and fucking rich ass people. In long valley you either live in "the valley" or "the mountain". The kids who live in the big "LV" are usually assholes but we love them anyway. Long Valley is mainly all white and the minoritys act white. LV kids drink and smoke weed for fun, and like to throw house parties that get broken up in an hour cuz LV cops are douchebags. If you live in long valley you probably went to West Morris Central. Long valley is horribly boring and if you want to go anywhere besides the general store you have to go into Hackettstown. The highschool parking lot is filled with BMWS, Audis, Hummers, while some cars are shitty mainly. Usually the wealthier kids like on the "mountain". LV is boring but if your from Long Valley your fucking proud, because one is for sure, with only a general store in our entire town we know how to have a fucking good time!
" I live on the Mountain in Long Valley"
" Kids from Long Valley are rich pricks!!"

Long Beach NY

long beach ny is home to the most amazing surfers and skaters on all of the east coast baby. Its a beautiful beach town with many many stoners. The entire highschool is pretty wacky itself. It is home to the most amazing bagels in all of new york. It is pretty segregated with all the nice beach homes, and then smaller bay homes behind the mcdonalds, (by the bay). All the kids usually hang out at their old elementary schools or under the boardwalk right on the beach. It is also home to the most GORGEOUS people in NY!
I went to long beach ny to get a bagel but i picked up a hottie instead.

Long Goodbye

Typically used to describe the last encounter between two friends, lovers, or family members before a long leave of absence (or in most cases, permanent).

Note: The literal saying of goodbyes doesn't necessarily have to be drawn out. "Long" only clarifies the fact that the people involved won't see each other again for a long time (if ever).
They said their long goodbyes before Tommy headed out west.

I hate the long goodbye.

I wish I had known that was the long goodbye. There's so much more I would have liked to say.
