Circuitous

Definition: Circular reasoning that is convoluted. A circuit is a loop and circuitous means meandering or indirect. This is a very logical and organic use of the word that is not currently included by definition.

The IRS definition of "foreign partner" is circuitous; it is defined as "any partner who is not a United States person", the definition of which includes "any other person that is not a foreign person."
