Get the journey pivotmug. She is quiet when you first meet her and she doesn’t talk much in class, but she’s an actual crazy child once you get to know her. She is very unique and has a great personality. Parents are usually overprotective and care for her a lot so be careful what you do to her. She IS the definition of HEATHER.

Get the customer journeymug. a term originally meant to refer to an important, admirable, or difficult undertaking. Now, it is used by self-important people with low self-awareness to brag about a boring accomplishment that required an amount of effort, dedication, or money. Even worse are those that use the word to describe a newfound, insipid hobby or change of habit (e.g. My crochet journey).
