In reference to a PC gamers left and right hands. His or her right hand wields the mouse in which case is usually bound to an action which can inflict harm at varying degrees. This is attributed death as this is what usually results from the actions.

Life is attributed to the left hand which is usually interacting with keys that grants a player mobility and the ability to evade adversaries, thus living.

I've never seen a player with so good of life and death skills in any FPS Game ever.

He isn't to much of a life player, though he still works on death quite well
