When you're in a zone and you're only able to hear what your mind is focused on. Others think you're ignoring them when they talk but the truth is they failed to gain your attention first.

My wife swears I was ignoring her but I have selective hearing, my attention was on the TV and I was completely unaware she was talking to me.

Selective feminism

Selective feminism refers to many feminists who only want equality when it benefits women, but neglects it otherwise. For example, wants men to only suffer blue collar jobs, doesn't care about male homelessness, etc but also demanding special privileges for women. Many feminists are this way nowadays. Some examples include Liza Mundy, Hanna Rosin, and to an extent also Elizabeth Badinter.

Grove Seccys

They have the worst job ever. Having to deal with Palm dog and kel on a daily basis They get rolled constantly and are scared to face waltdog. Seccys carry around shanks but get rolled by keldog for them. Most seccys quit after 3 hours in the job after dealing with one of the dogs
