It is a symptom where he/she is acting stupid beyond comprehension. Any logic or reasoning that is said, given, told, or provided to a person that has Dumbitchitis will not matter. A person that has this symptom can not be helped by any other person or thing, and the only cure for this is for them to chill the fuck out, though sometimes they have to figure it out for themselves.
