It's an internet slang term used for a popular, confident, sexually active young white male. Its female counterpart is Stacy, who is often portrayed as Chad‘s sexual partner. The "Chad Thundercock" meme represents the stereotypical alpha male. Often shortened to just Chad, this hyper-masculine stereotype was a contrast to the stereotype of antisocial beta males known as "virgins".
