"Fake" is something you are if you ain't yourself and pretend to be someone you aren't to gain popularity or "friends."

Jimmy: Tim is so fake. He literally apologised to Bethany for tripping her over and they kissed in front of the whole school just to show off

someone who has no real qualities. their eyelashes are fake, nails are fake, hair is fake, and many other things. they are also fake to their friends and anyone around them and mostly just think about their selves rather than anyone else.

Fake is when someone is only in your life to use you and to benefit off or from you. Fake also means that someone doesn’t care about you or what happens to you. They could seem like the nicest person ever but in reality they don’t even like you.

That one friend who you think is by your side no matter what but is just, using you, not even there for you, not really just in general being your friend! They don’t want to be your friend, they just hang around you, use you, and not there for you like a real friend.
