What happens when you take a regular, adult-sized dose of Ny-Quil, pass out into the obligatory coma and dream about hamsters the size of cattle chasing you through Disney World's "Magic Kingdom" until you fall down, they strip you naked and tie your shoes.

"Last night I was so sick. I took some Ny-Quil. Next thing I know, the "Where's the Beef" lady from the old 80's Wendy's commercials was lubed-up and riding me like a mechanical bull in a strip bar. It was like Ny-Quil on Elm Street"!

Phrase used by memebers of the armed forces, in the UK, to refer to civilian life in general but especially a career or job which does not involve the armed forces or government.
Oposite of "The Mob" which can mean any1 of the armed forces.

There is a huge differance between civvy street and the mob; in the mob if some1 says they will do something it will usually get done within the next day to 3 weeks, in civvy street they just say it and it means fuck all, especially down south.

The major ghetto of Salisbury, NC. Home of LSU (Long Street University), a soul food resturant, and the Rowan County Homeless Shelter. There's probably even a hoopty dealership, but there has never been a white person to drive the whole street and live to tell about it.

Black Wall Street 

Known as Greenwood Avenue.

Greenwood Avenue was populated by successful African American families, businesses, hospitals and churches. All this would change on May 31. A young black man was accused of attempting to rape a white woman in a Tulsa elevator. Later, a rumor flew through the community that a lynch party was forming. Several young black men formed a defense party. At the courthouse they encountered a group of white men. Strong words (and some say bullets) were let loose. A pitched gun battle began right there on the spot. Soon, the white rioters forgot about their immediate targets and concentrated on looting and burning Greenwood Avenue. The mayor had to call in the National Guard from Oklahoma City to end the violence. In the aftermath, dozens of people, black and white, were dead. The exact body count is still unknown. Greenwood Avenue was completely gone; burned to the ground. Fortunately, many residents refused to be scared away by the riots, and rebuilt the neighborhood. The scars from the ordeal, however, haunt many African American residents of Tulsa to this day.

Black Wall Street was an African American Holocaust in America that was not included in our history books.
