It's a slang used in th e drug world that defines a chick that will lay down for a 5 dollar match at a game room. Also known as a dope hoe or flat backer or a sack chaser.

A match hoe would say, "Hey I really want to play a match at the game room I'll give it up if U will pay me so I can go play."
