Gotham Girls Roller Derby

Founded in 2003, and first bouting in 2004, Gotham Girls Roller Derby is New York City’s only all-female, do-it-yourself (DIY), skater-operated roller derby league. The league is comprised of strong, diverse, and independent women from the world's biggest, baddest city.

As a 501c3 non-profit organization, GGRD is committed to fostering serious competition on a national and international level, developing amateur athletes for competition, and promoting the physical and mental strength and independent spirit of amateur female athletes.

The skaters work tirelessly - both on the track and off - to represent the greatest city in the world at home and on the road, competing at the highest levels of gameplay through the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association.

Gotham Girls Roller Derby is awesome - they were National Champions in 2009!

Darty

A day party, usually outdoors, characterized by drinking tanks and lax pennies, females in high-waisted shorts and/or bikinis, and large amounts of beer. Sometimes includes a slip-n-slide. Often held at frat houses or other outdoor partying venues on a college campus.

Darty season is all the Saturday afternoons from the beginning of fall semester through early October, or however long days stay warm and sunny in a given region.

Girl 1: Hey! I heard you guys are having a big darty this weekend.
Guy 1: Yepp, it starts at 11 a.m. Saturday at the main chapter house.
Girl 1: Awesome! My sorority sisters and I will be there!

Derry Township Police

The lazyest and saddest police force in the history of the world. They bug the children of the town for doing nothing, and accuses them of everything. Daily tasks include; taking kids BB/Airsoft guns, eating at the Wendy's near Hershey Outlets, and telling kids to get off the old township building property (before it becomes a hotel). They however ignore when the CVS gets robbed, pretending to care when really they just want to get back to Wendy's.

Other Info: They tend to poorly bust parties of the kids at Hershey High.
Do not dial 911 in Hershey because they will not help you.

Kid 1: I heard the CVS was robbed last night!

Kid 2: Yeah, but Derry Township Police didn't show up for like an hour after it happend.

Kid 3: Yeah cause they where at the park taking my BB guns...
