The action of going back and forth on the issue of getting a Twitter account. Debating internally whether or not to open a Twitter account.

"Yeah bro, it makes me want to get a Twitter account really bad now. But on the other hand, is it worth it? Oh man, I just tweeter-tottered!"

A massive amount of tweets aiming at one specific target, in a short amount of time. Used to produce a large amount of publicity about a topic. This word was initially used by Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks radio show.

A social media event where celebrities use Twitter to tweet their location so that fans can come and meet them.

I found out via Twitter that Gary Vaynerchuk was hosting a surprise Tweet and Greet for his fans.

It was cool that the TNA Wrestlers did a Tweet and Greet for their Twitter fans.

A member of the new class of modern social networking intelligentsia who have evolved beyond the banal use of unsubstantial social networking platforms (i.e. Facebook) and have acheived higher meaning through the exclusive use of Twitter to ostensibly contribute to the global Zeitgeist.
