Barcelona are known for producing great talents from La Masia (the club's academy), such as Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba, and Sergio Busquets, and their rivalry with Real Madrid (dubbed El Clasico). They have one of the largest fan bases in the world, and those fans call themselves "Culers". They boast 27 LaLiga titles, and 5 UEFA Champions League trophies.

I think FC Barcelona are better than Real Madrid right now, they've just won a LaLiga trophy!

Nickname for Newcastle United Football Club - currently of the English Premier League - describing the black-and-white striped jerseys worn by the team during home games.

Said jerseys somewhat resemble the machine-readable product ID printed on retail packaging (hence "barcode") - though the shirts worn by NFL referees are a closer match.
