Toast can also be used as a reference to the heightened sexual appeal of a person.

"I would'nt kick her out of bed for eating toast!!"

Also, an abbreviation of this scentence can also just be used as "toast", of which the positive response when toast is pointed out to another would also be "toast", if the person concurs.
