A Poosagna occurs when a sick individual releases their bowels into a toilet and cleans up only to be over come by another wave of the liquid shits. This process continued will result in several stinky layers of paper and poop.

Usually characterized by not having much money at the end of the day, but having abundant pedestrian walkways and crosswalks to take you to a really clean park that you can go smell the roses and cry in.
