Floogie

A smoking UTESIL that someone blows thru to dillute the smell of weed going into the air. FOR EXAMPLE, after you take a hit of weed you would blow the rip through a plastic bottle or an empty toilet paper roll stuffed with any brand of fabric softner (ie. Bounty, Bounce, Snuggle, etc.) inside of the bottle or roll. Thus filtering the smoke and turning the smell of weed to fresh laundry!

Don't forget to blow thru the fucking floogie SO MY MOM DOESN'T SMELL THE KUSH, BITCH!

Fobogus

Anthony Gargano, a Philadelphia Sports talk-show host on 610 WIP AM needed a word to describe people that are frugasies and bogus at the same time. The "R" in frugasie was removed for a better phoenetic pronunciation.

1. Fobogus (adj) - someone/thing that is frugasie-like and bogus.

2. Fobogusize (verb) - (used in a positive connotaion, more as homage to the creator rather than the actual meaning of the word) make me 1337 (elite)
