crack chariot

A crack chariot is a bicycle (often in poor condition) with a connected "trunk" (a wagon, baby carrier, or other similar device) that is used to transport material that is either stolen, picked from the garbage, or is in transit to be sold or traded for drugs. These can be seen year round, in any climate.

That crack chariot seems to be handling the snow pretty well this winter, despite the large speaker hanging out the back.
