ambitexterous

The ability or skill of being able to send and receive messages using multiple texting or messaging systems.
This can be used to describe a person with appropriate knowledge of such systems or to an application that can bridge such systems and combine the interface so that the user doesn't need to do so.

This new messaging app works with every other system, it makes me appear to be ambitexterous.
