When a person reaches the level of intoxication that affect the ability to speak and form comprehensive sentences yet still remain entirely awesome and can hang all night like a boss. Getting so drunk that your mouth can't form the words in your head but you can still have a full conversation and entertain the party til the end.

Western Washington University

Western Washington University is one of six state-funded, four-year institutions of higher education in Washington. Fall 2004 enrollment includes 12,940 full- and part-time students.
