When you go so hard in order to achieve a task that you start bleeding out of sheer hard work but continue to go on despite all the blood you are losing.

Derived from the movie "whiplash" in which a drummer practiced so hard his hands started to bleed

Jim: "hey man, how do you think your gonna do on the functions test tomorrow?"
Kyle: "OH that thing, i'm just gonna whiplash it tonight"
Jim: "ya right on man"

Here, Kyle demonstrates that he will ace the test tomorrow because he is whiplashing it the night before
