babbity scrowl

An utterance, often exclamatory, used to denote either a loss for words, or to express a disinterest in using recognizable words to express a thought. This phrase may be modified as the speaker sees fit, given the speaker's mood or the context in which the phrase is uttered. Such modifications have been known to include "bap bappity", "babbity", "scrowl", or "scrowlitty bap".

Exclamation -
Aaron: "Dude, you look wasted! How many joints did you smoke tonight?!"

David: "Babbity scrowl!"

Interjection -
Aaron: "Bro, did you see that chick? She was totally..."
David: "Bap bappityyy!!"

screwed, blued and tattooed

Unlike the imaginative explanations given, the definition goes way back to early machinists. After inspecting a finished manufactured or repaired part, the Toolmaker/machinist would

1 tighten all parts and screws (Screwed)
2 Use Blueing a blue paint lke stain that stuck easaly to metal (blued) and
3 Put his inspectors mark through the blue paint with a sharp scriber (tattooed)

The part has passed inspection, it's been screwed, blued and tattooed and ready for release from the machine shop.

Generally utilized at a bonfire where you happen to be nude and the heat from the fire is too hot to bear, so you pull up the scrotum to protect the penis from the heat.

The heat from the flame was just too much, so Jon had to equip his scroteshield
