By using the Portal Mirrors, they can see more vividly what they saw, and can even pause, rewind, and fast forward the vision. This can also be used for a teleportation device. With a Portal Mirror, the user could travel anywhere in existence depending on the users mana.
The Oracle used her Portal Mirror to travel into her secret garden, only accessible by teleportation.

Get the Portal Mirrormug. Paulie Mussolini from Leavenworth thought he met a guy who was a human like him, just a regular blue spy from Compton, until he got pulled through a portal with the guy, that was when he realized he was not in Kansas anymore.
Paulie didn't apprehend or interrogate the blue spy on time since he had to follow the guy through the portal and bring him back to reality where he could be appreheded and interrogated.
